碳化鴇(硬質(zhì)合金)在密封材料中占有特殊的地位,其原因是這種材料有高的硬度,鋼度和耐磨性,因此在重負荷,含 有固體顆粒物質(zhì),易結(jié)晶的介質(zhì)中,選用碳化鴇作為摩擦材料尤為適宜。
鴇鉆類硬度合金在酸性介質(zhì)中耐腐蝕性能較差,而“Wc-Ni-Cr”耐腐蝕硬質(zhì)合金不僅保持了常用硬質(zhì)合金的優(yōu)良性能, 而且抗腐蝕能力大大提高,能適合化工生產(chǎn)中作為輸送酸,堿介質(zhì)的機械密封摩擦付材料。
WC(TC)occupies the special position in the sealing material, as it has has high hardness, Steel degree and wearability. So, it is best choice to use the tungsten carbide in heavy load and medium which contain the solid particulate matter and crystallization.
TC-cobalt has bad corrosion resistance in acid medium. But iWc-Ni-Cri has a good performance of the general TC, also its resisting-corrosion make a great improvement. It can used in chemical industry as friction material of mechanical seal which are used intransportation for acid alkali medium.
